Returns & Exchanges

This return policy is issued by SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN AYSEL ULUTAŞ, acting as a seller, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.  www.sirriogluzeytin.com  and all connected interactive applications and/or other online sales platforms.  It has been prepared for the purpose of clarifying the return conditions. Items purchased in-store are not covered by this return policy.  

I- PRODUCT DELIVERY  

The ordered product/products are delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information form and order screen, provided that it does not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase. SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN cannot be held responsible if the contracted product/products cannot be delivered within 30 (thirty) days due to force majeure (war, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), shipping company or third parties that SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN cannot interfere with. However, in this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order free of charge or to demand the delivery of the product after the impossibility disappears. If the BUYER exercises its right of cancellation, the product price is returned to the BUYER within 14 days from the date of the written cancellation notice.

SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN is obliged to deliver the contracted product/products intact, complete, with the same qualifications as the order, together with the warranty certificate and user manual. The BUYER has the obligation to check whether the product/products purchased under this contract are the same as the product ordered and/or damaged before the assembly and installation is done. If it is determined by the BUYER that the product delivered to him is wrong or damaged, SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN must be informed immediately in this regard and the product in question must be returned unopened, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date at the latest. Otherwise, it is accepted that the product subject to the contract has been received undamaged and completely by the BUYER and/or the person receiving the product.  

II- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND PROCESS  

The BUYER may use its right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product/products subject to the contract without giving any reason. The BUYER can create the notification that he wishes to use his right of withdrawal by calling 0 850 808 40 35 and creating a record.

The product/products for which the right of withdrawal is used are returned by SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN from the BUYER's delivery address. Even if the package/packaging has been opened, used and/or unopened, the damaged products will not be returned in any way, and in this case, the BUYER's withdrawal request will be rejected.  

SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN is obliged to refund the price of the returned product/products within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification made by the BUYER and the acceptance of the withdrawal notification. Refunds to be made by EE MEDİKAL will be made in accordance with the payment instrument made by the BUYER. SIRRIOGLU OLIVE,  During the delivery of the refund to the BUYER, the payment instrument used by the BUYER, the additional fees, deductions, installments and maturities applied by the payment institutions and/or banks and the applications that will arise between the BUYER and the said payment institutions.  under any circumstances and under any circumstances.  does not accept responsibility.

The reflection time of the product costs returned by SIRRIOĞLU ZEYTİN to the BUYER's debit/credit card may vary depending on the bank's processes and practices.
